Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete a routine intake analysis and to ensure you receive the complete time reserved for you. We cannot guarantee service for late arrivals.

Cancellations
Twenty-four hours in advance notice of cancellations are required.

NHBS cannot foresee interrupted appointments due to weather, sickness, emergency, death, etc. In the event that a service provider is unable to work, NHBS will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment in a timely manner.

Children:
For their own safety and the comfort of our clients we ask that children do not accompany you on your visit.

Gratuity:
It is customary to provide a 15%-20% gratuity to the technician if you feel the service met your expectations. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected and are not included in our service prices.
